Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

 We don’t treat thoughts as simply “distorted” or in need of correction. Many of your beliefs developed in response to real experiences. We take time to understand the origin and function of your thinking patterns especially when different parts of you hold different beliefs. Change happens through compassion and insight, not pressure or forced positivity.

Psychotherapy

This isn’t just a space to talk, it’s a space where what you say is deeply tracked, understood, and held. We listen for patterns, shifts, and the parts of you that may not have had a voice before. You won’t be left to “just vent” we actively help you make meaning of your experiences while staying grounded and supported. If you've experienced trauma, it's important to seek help from a qualified therapist. Our trauma counselors are trained to help you work through the trauma and develop healthy coping strategies. We offer a variety of trauma-focused therapies to meet your unique needs.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

 We don’t rush to “reframe” your thoughts. First, we help you understand why those thoughts exist how they protected you, how they make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through. Only then do we gently explore new ways of relating to those beliefs, at a pace your nervous system can tolerate.
